Deposit:
50% Rental Fee to hold your date (Refundable, less $250.00 rebooking fee if canceled prior to January 1st, 2012)
***Rates based on 150 guests. $225.00 per 50 Additional Guests Maximum guest 300
What is Included:
- Setup of Tables and Chairs for 150 guests
- Setup and Breakdown of all Ritter Farms owned equipment
- 2 hour Rehearsal, to be scheduled prior to event.
- Rental is for a 12 hour period, to be discussed at contract signing. All music and alcohol service must end at 10PM.
- As part of your catering by Ritter Farms, white table linens are provided.
Renter's Responsiblities:
- Renters must setup, breakdown, clean up, and remove any items brought on-site.
- Renters must provide Event Insurance for the duration of their event
- Renters must provide a Washington State Banquet Permit and a licensed bartender if alcohol is to be served, as well as stock their own bar.
